What is Druva Partner Academy? 
Partner Academy is a free training and enablement platform for Druva partners. It is a collection of on-demand sales and technical training,
designed to expand your knowledge and validate your cloud data resiliency skills.
 
Druva’s solution continues to gain popularity as businesses of all sizes adopt multi-cloud strategies. However, due to the shortage of skilled staff and other workforce gaps, many of these organizations are not equipped to maximize their cloud investment. Partner Academy enables you to grow your cloud expertise and effectively protect, backup, and recover your customers data in the cloud.
 
How do I access Partner Academy? 
To access Partner Academy, please log into Druva’s Partner Portal. Once on the Portal, click the Partner Academy menu option. 
 
Which training(s) should I take? 
We have indicated the ideal partner route type for each training within Partner Academy. It is recommended that you follow the learning path most relevant to your business and role. Although there are recommendations, you are welcome to complete all the available training if desired.
 
Where do I download my certificate? 
Upon successful completion of a training, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your certificate. You can also download your certificate by clicking on “My Profile” in the upper right corner of the Partner Academy homepage. 
 
How do I share my certificate on LinkedIn? 
Go to “My Profile”, then scroll down to see course details. There is a LinkedIn Add to Profile button in line with your completed course information, click it to add to your LinkedIn profile.  The Add to LinkedIn Profile button option is also included in your training completion email alongside your link to download your certificate. You may be prompted to log into LinkedIn at first use. 
 
Are there any incentives for completing training? 
Yes, Druva offers incentives for completed training which range from gift cards to apparel and more. Incentives are dependent on the certification you complete as well as your global location, so please consult your Druva representative for details. 
 
How frequently do I need to renew my certification? 
Druva asks that you renew your sales certification every 2 years and your technical certification every 3 years at a minimum. The training material will be updated regularly so we encourage routine visits to Partner Academy to stay informed and abreast of current selling features, functionality and the like.
